GO MASUDA

GO has dedicated to supporting startups and business development in the Web3 domain, including digital securities and real-world asset (RWA) tokenization, as CEO of BlockchainHub Inc. and Chairman of Japan Security Token Association. In 2025, he founded Crossridge Inc. to expand his support for entrepreneurs beyond Web3 and across broader tech sectors.
He started his career at Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (Power & Energy Systems) and working in strategy consulting at Accenture, he led overseas project finance and the Silicon Valley Innovation Lab at Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation and SMFG. His academic and civic engagements include serving as a Council Member of Judge Business School, University of Cambridge, Senior Researcher at Keio University SFC Research Institute, Principal of the Japan Business Model Association, and US-Japan Council Leader.
He holds an MBA from the University of Cambridge (Judge Business School), has completed the Fintech Programme at the University of Oxford, and earned his BA in Economics from the University of Tokyo.
